Chris Cornell "Believe Yourself"
This is me, Melissa. Or as most of my online friends know me as, Missy,
Missygail25, Missygail_w, or just Missygail. I've had the username Missygail (either capitalized or not) since I first discovered
the Internet. My discovery came quite awhile after the world's discovery of the Internet.
About me? Well, I'm a 29 year old divorced mother of three children. I've been divorced since 2003
and since then I've been living with my parents. I know classy!! Trust me it's harder than it sounds, kinda like being
sixteen all over again and NOT in a good way. BUT, I love them and they are my saviors in may ways. Plus they are living proof
marriage can be done right, they've been married since 1976! Two years before I came into this world.
How mom and dad managed to keep from having kids for two whole years after marriage.
I sure didn't. I celebrated my first anniversary a month before my first child was born! I was only nineteen!
Oh well, life goes on. Now I have two girls and one boy, my oldest daughter is nine, my second daughter
is 8 and my son is 5.
I'm finally trying to get out of my parents house. I've been taking a Website design course at Tulsa
Technology Center. I'm enjoying my work, which is surprising. I love my work.
Next year I plan to return to Tulsa Tech. and continue my Website Design course and also take Web
Programming. I'm hoping (crossing my fingers) on a paid internship position for the summer!
I'm starting to see a light at the end of the tunnel. No not the heavenly tunnel! Just a path out
to a life on my own, supporting my children.
I just hope that positivity keeps following my life.
